Shipping and Returns

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping is a flat $12.95 per order, or free when the product subtotal reaches $150.00.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days. A dispatch confirmation will be sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination and carrier.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us with the order details and photographs where practical so we can arrange an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products. Please contact feistywarthog@gmail.com before sending a return so we can provide instructions.
