Shipping and Returns

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping is a flat $12.95 per order, or free when the product subtotal reaches $150.00.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days. A dispatch confirmation will be sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination and carrier.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us with the order details and photographs where practical so we can arrange an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind requests, please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm whether the return can be accepted and provide the correct return instructions.
